Professional Experience
Dave presently has a public relations and developmental role at Vanguard University where he has been since the mid 90s. He also has been involved in four churches in administration and music / fine arts. Most of his professional experience has been in working with not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Dave has been a high school principal for seven years as well as owned and sold a sports production company.

Dave's role in all of his endeavors has been in leadership, business development, marketing, public relations, general administration, recruiting, and fundraising/sponsorships. His key strengths are his ability to connect and develop deep relationships with people. He enjoys every opportunity to bring people together for common interest, common good and mutual benefit.

Dave has earned Bachelor's in Education and Masters in Music as well as a Certificate in Fundraising Management.

Personal Background
Dave was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona and Azusa Pacific where he studies health education, athletic coaching and music. He is married and has four adult children who are also all married. His hobbies are golf, movies and travel. He is a sports fan – basketball, football, baseball and golf.

Dave's personal mission is a life of service, hospitality and generosity which includes spiritual growth, travel, leisure and success with family and friends that provides a meaningful and fulfilling life. Helping others achieve success and making a difference in community and ministry. His core values are personal relationships, respect for all, humor and fun, take risks, spiritual walk, leadership, health and JOY.

Community Involvement
Dave is extremely active in the several professional and community service organizations such as the Costa Mesa (Board member), Santa Ana, Anaheim (Board member), Hispanic (Board member) and South Orange County chambers of Commerce, ProVisors (professional network of professional service providers), Orange County Business Council, Metro YMCA Board of Directors, Anaheim Family YMCA Good Friday committee, Learning for Life Committee, OC Tax Association Board member, and the Tuesday's with Dave Executive Lunch Group.
