Role in the NETWORK
Works with both entrepreneurial company and service provider clients – helping them identify and maximize ideal, new revenue opportunities. Acts in a "Personal Sales Trainer" role for existing client employees in helping them initiate contact with ideal prospects, managing the sales process, and closing the sale. In addition, from existing customer/client base, shows how to gain new revenues via cross selling additional products/services, and teaching when and how to ask for quality referrals. Will also directly represent the client in a "new business" development role, where he performs the actual new business tasks on behalf of the client. Additionally, John also assist clients with maximizing their banking relationships.

Professional Experience
John is a banking veteran who has focused his professional career on successfully acquiring new client relationships for various financial services organizations like Union Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and Washington Mutual. For ten years, he had his own sales consulting practice where he acted as a "Personal Sales Trainer" for accounting and legal firms, insurance brokerage entities, and Trust and Investment companies. He has earned multiple awards in recognition of his achievements in sales and business development.

Personal Background
John was born in Owatonna, Minnesota and came to Southern California with his family in 1959. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended Cal State Northridge where he studied Finance & Accounting. John's leisure time is spent spoiling his grandchildren.

Community Involvement
John is also involved with the City of Hope, Alzheimer's Association, and Stanford University Alumni Association. He also enjoys golf and is a soccer enthusiast.
