Professional Experience
Rita has spent the greater part of her professional career successfully helping organizations achieve superior results by identifying and creating solutions designed to increase performance. Working with corporations such as The Boeing Company, Southern California Edison, Maritz Inc., Prescription Solutions, Nissan and Toyota, Rita has helped clients with strategic planning, goal setting, leadership development and coaching to help create engaged, high performing work forces.

Through her career in corporate management, Rita developed the leadership skills along with gaining an understanding of corporate dynamics and employee interactions which led her to develop her consulting practice as well as becoming a business owner.

Personal Background
Rita was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey. She earned her B. A. in education from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an additional degree in interior design.

Rita moved to CA in 1983 and now resides in Newport Beach. Rita is a gourmet cook, loves good wine and enjoys entertaining friends whenever possible. Her hobbies also include: working out, theater, and jazz.

Rita is involved with the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce and has been an active member of her community.
