Professional Experience
Bill began is career in the accounting sector holding positions in both public and private accounting with companies such as Grant Thornton CPA's and Hanna Barbara Productions. The majority of his public accounting career centered on forensic accounting and he has been qualified as an expert accounting witness in both Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts. He entered the banking industry in 1988 as a CRA/Compliance Officer for Mission Valley Bank and then Colonial Bank From there he started and managed first, a micro loan program for a consortium of 30 financial institutions and then the state loan guarantee program in Orange County. He recently held the position of Vice President/Relationship Officer at Alliance Bank in Irvine.

Personal Background
Bill was born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California. He attended the University of San Diego where he was a brother in the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Community Involvement
Bill is a leader in the Economic Development Community. He is an active member in numerous Chamber of Commerce's and associations. He is also a member of the Westminster Council of the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic Men's organization, where he has held the position of Grand Knight twice and has chaired many events to raise funds for many causes such as the Special Olympics.
